We just made this delicious Raw Lasagna as one of the dishes for a recent Nutrition 101 Session.

This is a great raw food recipe. Using zucchini, thinly sliced into spaghetti-like noodles, and a fresh marinara sauce, you can almost re-create your favourite comfort food. It tastes great and is good for you!
