Boot Camp Classes

Our Group Fitness (boot camp) classes are perfect for those who want the benefits of having a Personal Trainer, but at the shared cost of training in a group.

 Here's a short video of what you can expect to experience at one of our Boot Camp classes.

Utilizing smaller class settings, the Alter Ego Fitness Experience “A Team” of BCRPA Certified Trainers is able to more effectively monitor your form, ensuring that the possibility of injury is minimized, and we'll provide you with the added personal attention you need to ensure that you achieve positive results.

INCLUDED in the fee for these classes are:

  • Initial registration and Nutrition Seminar (this does not take up class time):
  • A Comprehensive Body Assessment (see Programs/Fees);
  • Progressively invigorating and fun workouts;
  • Ongoing nutritional monitoring and support;
  • Weekly motivational emails; and,
  • Ongoing email and phone support.

As well, when you register, you'll be given access to the Members Only section that contains your class schedule (with directions to locations), nutrition information and a Daily Nutrition Journal form for you to use.

Each day and week the Training Program will get progressively more challenging to help you break through plateaus and reach new fitness levels. All your classes will begin slowly and will end with stretching to help prevent sports related injuries.

Group - Mt. FinnWe encourage a "team" atmosphere in our classes. The group camaraderie grows as the weeks progress and you'll make new friends with the other like-minded participants in your class.

If you really want to see RESULTS, all you have to do is get to each class.
