Personal Training

Personal Training is, just that, personal!  As such, there is no "one size fits all" price for this training option.  The cost of your investment for this service is largely dependent on several factors and, as a result, can range from $25 to $75 per hour.

We're confident that we can tailor a personal training program that's right for your lifestyle, specific fitness goals, time commitment and schedule.  As well, to offset costs, we don't mind if you want to choose our Small Group Personal Training option and share the training costs with up to three of your friends.

Your investment for our Boot Camp (Group Fitness) Classes is dependent on three factors - (1) duration of the classes (i.e. 4 or 6 weeks); (2) whether they are 1 hour or 90 minutes in length; and, (3) the number of times per week (2 or 3) that you choose to attend.  Due to scheduling, our Training Sessions sometimes vary between 4 or 6 weeks and classes are routinely 1 hour in duration.  However, some class groups prefer the longer 90 minute classes.

For reference, here's an example of our normal 60 minute Boot Camp class fees per person:

Comprehensive Body Assessment includes:Comprehensive Body Assessment

  • Providing body fat percentage, hydration and body mass index (BMI) numbers;
  • Taking of girth measurements;
  • Postural analysis;
  • Identifying long and short term goals;
  • Identifying self-sabotage and lifestyle pitfalls; and,
  • Nutritional information to help you reach your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

It will give you a complete idea of your current situation and can then be utilized to track your progress as you get leaner and fitter.

The cost for this service is: $30 for an initial Assessment and $25 for each subsequent Assessment.  If you book, and pay for a "before" and "after" Assessment at the same time, the combined fee is $50.  Each appointment will take approximately 1 hour and we can arrange to do it at our location, your home or another location convenient for you (i.e. your gym at work).

Nutritional Seminar & Monitoring

As part of our Boot Camp (Group Fitness) Training Sessions, we include a Nutrition Seminar, plus ongoing nutritional information and monitoring support.  For clients choosing one of our other Training Options, these can be added for a small fee.  The Nutritional Seminar (approximately 1 hour) is an investment of $50 and the monthly monitoring support is only $30 per month.

OUR COVID UPDATE

As always, your health, wellness and fitness is our top priority. To make sure you feel safe while working out with us, we’ve made the following adjustments:

  • No Drop-ins allowed.  Same clients each Session.  Maximum group size of 4 clients.
  • Each client is provided their own set of equipment & weights at each Session.
  • All equipment is sanitized between Sessions.
  • Distancing of a minimum of 8 feet per person is ensured during the entire class.
  • All training is conducted outside.  During inclement weather, we will use a covered area.
  • Masks are required when clients are not at their assigned workout spots, however can be removed during the workout.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided.
  • Instructor will be at least 8 feet away and not masked during the class.  However, they can mask if that’s preferred.
  • Adjustments to form will be made verbally from a distance or the Instructor will mask to adjust physically (if wanted).
  • If working out indoors, everyone is required to wear a mask.
