We offer Personal Training  services throughout the greater Victoria, BC area.  Your training sessions can be done in various outdoor locations in Saanich, Gordon Head, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford and/or Colwood or, if you prefer, we'll come to a location of your choice (home, office, etc.).

Some of our clients have called our Personal Training sessions as "tough" or "challenging".  And, we're okay with those descriptions because, in all fairness, they've also described them as "exhilarating" and "FUN" too!  We make sure that you get a good workout at each session.

We get familiar with each client's personal fitness goals and can easily tailor most exercises to meet your specific needs or abilities. We'll safely guide you through exactly what you need to do to get the health and fitness RESULTS you seek.

Your Training Session will include:

  • Certified Trainer;
  • Quality equipment - we supply it ALL;
  • Personal attention to form and technique;
  • One-on-one body assessment and goal setting (Optional - your choice);
  • Nutritional monitoring and support (Optional - your choice);
  • Scenic, outdoor locations (otherwise known as "Nature's gym") in the Greater Victoria BC area - both "in town" and in the West Shore; and,
  • Ongoing email and phone support.

OUR COVID UPDATE

As always, your health, wellness and fitness is our top priority. To make sure you feel safe while working out with us, we’ve made the following adjustments:

  • No Drop-ins allowed.  Same clients each Session.  Maximum group size of 4 clients.
  • Each client is provided their own set of equipment & weights at each Session.
  • All equipment is sanitized between Sessions.
  • Distancing of a minimum of 8 feet per person is ensured during the entire class.
  • All training is conducted outside.  During inclement weather, we will use a covered area.
  • Masks are required when clients are not at their assigned workout spots, however can be removed during the workout.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided.
  • Instructor will be at least 8 feet away and not masked during the class.  However, they can mask if that’s preferred.
  • Adjustments to form will be made verbally from a distance or the Instructor will mask to adjust physically (if wanted).
  • If working out indoors, everyone is required to wear a mask.
