Boot Camp Classes

Our Group Fitness (boot camp) classes are perfect for those who want the benefits of having a Personal Trainer, but at the shared cost of training in a group.

By utilizing smaller class settings, we’re able to more effectively monitor your form, ensuring that the possibility of injury is minimized, and we can also provide you with the added personal attention you need to ensure that you achieve positive results.

As well, when you register, you’ll be given access to the Members Only section that contains your class schedule (with directions to locations), nutrition information and a Daily Nutrition Journal form for you to use.

Each day and week the Training Program will get progressively more challenging to help you break through plateaus and reach new fitness levels. All your classes will begin slowly and will end with stretching to help prevent sports related injuries.

Group - Mt. FinnWe encourage a “team” atmosphere in our classes. The group camaraderie grows as the weeks progress and you’ll make new friends with the other like-minded participants in your class.

Training Day/Time Options

Morning

Monday/Wednesday/Friday  –  9:00 AM

Tuesday/Thursday  –  9:00 AM (dependent upon demand);

Evening

Monday/Wednesday  –  5:30 PM (dependent upon demand);

Tuesday/Thursday  –  5:30 PM

Investment (Fees)

ALL fees listed are the base rate and are subject to 5% GST.

Fees for these classes are dependent on three factors – (1) duration of the classes (i.e. 4 or 6 weeks); (2) whether they are 1 hour or 90 minutes in length; and, (3) the number of times per week (2 or 3) that you choose to attend.  Due to scheduling, our Training Sessions sometimes vary between 4 or 6 weeks and classes are routinely 1 hour in duration.  However, some class groups prefer the longer 90 minute classes.

For reference, here’s an example of our normal 60 minute Boot Camp class fees per person:

Locations:

All our classes are outdoors. We prefer to use various local parks and other natural settings for our classes.

And, for the convenience of our clients, we offer classes in the West Shore area (Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Esquimalt Lagoon) and “in town” (Saanich, Gordon Head, Uptown, Oak Bay).
