Our next 6-Week Training Program classes start on Monday, September 17th.
You can choose a variation of these options:
- 2 or 3 times per week;
- Early Morning (5:30 – 7 AM) for early risers or those that prefer to get in their workout before starting the rest of their day;
- Mid-Morning (9 – 10:30 AM) that’s convenient for stay-at-home parents that have just dropped their kids off at school; or,
- Evening (5:30 – 7 PM) for the folks that need to burn off the stress of the day before relaxing.
Classes are offered:
- in town – generally in the Cadboro-Gyro Park – Mt. Douglas Park – Mt. Tolmie Park area; and,
- in the West Shore.
We’re VERY flexible and can accommodate almost any schedule.
