[blockquote class=”alignright”]No goals, no glory![/blockquote]Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting, fitness and health education into challenging workouts developed specifically for each individual’s needs. Personal training programs are for those individuals who want to be active and fit, sculpt or tone their physique, or lose excess body fat, but would prefer the more personal one-on-one attention. All Alter Ego Fitness Experience Personal Trainers are fully qualified and BCRPA certified.
A Personal Trainer . . .
will do an assessment of your current level of fitness and body composition (including girth measurements, body fat and BMI testing), review your goals, and then create an individually tailored program to help you achieve those goals safely and effectively. Your Personal Trainer will be there to provide instruction and assist you to perform various exercises. They will manage you and your program, monitor your technique and motivate you to give 100% in every workout. They will provide a personal touch to a totally safe and supportive training environment for you.
Personal training . . .
can be provided on a one-to-one basis or as a Small Group Personal Training option (2 – 4 friends with one Trainer), on a twice-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, or as often as you require.
Investment (Fees)
We’re confident that we can tailor a personal training program that’s right for your lifestyle, specific fitness goals, time commitment and schedule. As well, to offset costs, we don’t mind if you want to choose our Small Group Personal Training option and share the training costs with up to three of your friends.
Personal Training is, just that, very personal! As such, there is no “one size fits all” price for this training option. The cost of your investment for this service is largely dependent on several factors (including the Small Group option mentioned above) and, as a result, can range from $25 to $75 per hour.
