Fees for these classes are dependent on three factors – (1) duration of the classes (i.e. 4 or 6 weeks); (2) whether they are 1 hour or 90 minutes in length; and, (3) the number of times per week (2 or 3) that you choose to attend.\u00a0 Due to scheduling, our Training Sessions sometimes vary between 4 or 6 weeks and classes are routinely 1 hour in duration.\u00a0 However, some class groups prefer the longer 90 minute classes.
