Future Boot Camp Training Session (TS) Dates for 2017 are:
January 09th - February 03rd - 4-Week Training Session (2017-TS-01)
February 13th - March 24th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-02)
April 03rd - May 12th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-03)
May 22nd - June 30th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-04)
July 10th - August 18th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-05)
September 18th - October 27th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-06)
November 06th - December 15th - 6-Week Training Session (2017-TS-07)
Class Time Options:
Depending on your schedule, you may choose to work out 2 or 3 days per week. With that in mind, we offer several class time options, as follows:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 5:30 AM (dependent upon demand); and, 9:00 AM
Monday/Wednesday - 5:30 PM
Tuesday/Thursday - 9:00 AM (dependent upon demand); and, 5:30 PM
All our classes are outdoors. We use various local parks and other natural settings for our classes.
For the convenience of our clients, we offer classes in the West Shore area (Langford, Colwood, Metchosin) and "in town" (mainly in the Gordon Head area of Cadboro-Gyro Park/Mt. Douglas Park/Mt. Tolmie Park).
Prior to commencing your first Boot Camp Training Session, we need you to attend an Orientation Session and complete some paperwork. These Orientation Sessions are included in the cost of your training, but do not take up boot camp class time. Please contact the office, to book your attendance.
